Choice and scope

You may choose to review and sign this agreement electronically. Consent applies only to the agreement presented through your signing link. You can request paper signing before signing by contacting the sender. Choosing paper does not itself cancel a separately agreed project or contract.

Paper copies, withdrawal, and contact changes

Contact the sender to request a paper copy, update your email address, or withdraw consent before signing. Paper copies and withdrawal of electronic consent are available without a fee for this signing process. Withdrawal does not undo a signature already submitted or erase prior records; arrange any later changes directly with the sender.

What you need

You need internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, access to the recipient email inbox, a PDF viewer, and a device that can save or print PDFs. Download the unsigned agreement before signing to confirm you can open and retain it. If you cannot, stop and request a paper process.

How signing works

After verifying your email, review every page. Enter your full legal name and affirm your agreement and electronic signing consent. For an envelope, the service places completed field values and typed signatures in the assigned PDF locations. A signature certificate and activity record are included with the completed PDF. Save the completed PDF. An electronic copy is emailed when delivery is available; inbox delivery is not guaranteed.

Access and retention

Your verification session lasts one hour. Signing links expire at the displayed deadline, may be replaced or canceled, and are disabled when a record is moved to Trash. Completed records can be downloaded after another email verification while the record remains available. Keep your own copy.
