Purpose and access

Signature Buddy is operated by Refreshed LLC and supports agreements prepared by business account holders. Each business manages its own documents and signing requests. Only the authorized recipient should open or sign an agreement. Do not forward signing links or verification codes. Do not upload content you lack permission to process.

Your agreement

The contract presented for signature contains the project-specific terms. These website terms do not replace that contract or add project pricing, warranties, payment obligations, or work authorization. A typed signature is collected only after agreement review, email-code verification, and affirmative electronic consent.

Records and service availability

Keep a downloaded copy of your completed agreement. Delivery can be delayed or rejected by email providers, and service interruptions can occur. An email accepted by a sending provider does not itself confirm delivery to an inbox. Contact the sender if a link expires or you need a different signing method.

Limits of this signing process

This workflow records a typed electronic signature and supporting activity. It does not provide notarization, government ID checks, or a certificate-based digital signature. Some documents or transactions may require a different process. The sender is responsible for selecting suitable agreements and obtaining appropriate professional review.
