What this service records

We process contract text and uploaded files, the recipient’s name and email, completed field values, recipient field assignments, typed signatures, electronic consent, verification results, document hashes, activity timestamps, email delivery results, and a hash of the browser user-agent at signing. Verification codes are short-lived; session tokens are stored as hashes. We do not use advertising trackers.

How information is used

Information is used to prepare agreements, verify email access, collect signatures, send transaction messages, maintain records, and operate this service. Email-code verification establishes access to an inbox; it is not government ID verification.

Service providers

The site uses ChatGPT/Sites account authentication for business workspace owners and hosted Cloudflare infrastructure for application and file storage. When connected, Resend processes transactional emails and completed PDF attachments. Those providers process information under their own terms and policies. Customers do not need a ChatGPT account to use a signing link.

Retention and copies

Each business manages retention for its own workspace. The operator’s configured retention period is 730 days. Automatic movement to Trash is disabled; automatic permanent deletion after 30 days in Trash is disabled. The owner can cancel links, move records to Trash, restore them, or permanently delete them. The policy covers this application’s records and version snapshots. Provider backups, sent emails, and copies downloaded by any party follow their respective retention rules and cannot be recalled through this site.

Your choices

Download copies while your signing access is available. Contact the sender for access, corrections, paper copies, or deletion requests; some records may need to be kept for business obligations. Keep your signing link and verification code private.
